Prior to your consultation, you’ll be asked to complete an extensive questionnaire designed to gather insights into your health history, lifestyle, and personal wellness goals.

Engage in a 90-minute in-depth discussion with Dr. Wussow, focused on interpreting your bloodwork results and questionnaire insights. During this session, you will collaborate to create a customized health and wellness plan. This tailored strategy is not only reflective of your unique health status and risk factors but is also designed to align seamlessly with your personal health objectives, ensuring a bespoke approach to optimize your wellbeing.

You’ll receive a tailored longevity plan that targets disease prevention by improving metabolism and insulin sensitivity, reducing inflammation, optimizing hormones, and enhancing each of your organ systems. For example, we apply tactics to improve lipid profiles and lower elevated blood pressure to minimize cardiovascular risk for the next 30-50 years, not just addressing immediate concerns. The plan involves optimizing lifestyle tactics and includes tailored prescriptions and supplements to enhance overall health. Additionally, it focuses on correcting vitamin and mineral deficiencies, as well as improving fitness, nutrition, sleep, and mental well-being for a comprehensive approach to your health.

We require a blood draw every 6 months for your prescriptions. All tests are done in-house; no outside labs are needed. After each draw, you’ll receive a report from Dr. Wussow with any necessary medication adjustments.

After each blood draw (every 6 months), you’ll receive a report from Dr. Wussow with insights and medication adjustment recommendations as needed. If there are any changes in your medication based on your bloodwork, the medical team will contact you.

You will receive one Acute Care virtual appointment credit per month, allowing you to schedule a same-day 15-minute virtual consultation with Dr. Wussow if you are feeling unwell.
