Refund & Cancellation Policy

Memberships

  • All memberships are billed month to month and may be cancelled at any time before your next billing date to avoid future charges.
  • Fees already paid for the current billing period are nonrefundable once services have been rendered.
  • First-month-free offers apply only as stated on the checkout page.

Premier Wellness Assessment

  • The assessment fee covers intake, lab ordering, analysis, and consultation time.
  • If you cancel before labs are drawn, a partial refund may be issued minus administrative and lab costs already incurred.
  • After labs are drawn or services have been provided, the assessment fee is nonrefundable.

À La Carte Services

  • Consultations and visits may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
  • Missed or late-cancelled appointments may be charged a cancellation fee.
  • Third-party services such as labs, imaging, or supplements are billed by those providers and follow their own refund policies.

Medications and Pharmacies

  • Any medications recommended through Healthspan by Design are fulfilled by licensed partner pharmacies and billed separately.
  • Pharmacy charges are subject to the pharmacy’s refund and cancellation policies and are not refundable through Healthspan by Design.

How to Cancel

  • To cancel a membership, email hello@healthspanbydesign.co with the subject line “Cancel Membership.”
  • Cancellations are effective at the end of the current billing cycle unless otherwise required by law.
